METHOD
  1. Blend the bananas and the rice drink.
  2. Spread the ice-cream evenly in a bowl and put it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and agave syrup till you are left with a creamy mixture.
  4. Take the ice-cream out of the freezer, pour over the caramel and mix gently. Then put it back to the freezer for at least two hours and serve.
