Cinnamon roll porridge

Directions

  1. Quickly rinse the oat flakes and add them in a pan with water, rice drink powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon, cloves, agave syrup and vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  2. While the flakes are cooking, grind the flax seeds with a grinder or blender. Put them in a small bowl and add a few tablespoons of water.
  3. Prepare the cinnamon paste: Melt the coconut oil over a water bath, add the cinnamon and coconut sugar, stir and remove from the heat.
  4. When the flakes are cooked, remove the cloves, then add the raisins and the flax seeds. Transfer the porridge to a bowl and decorate it with cinnamon paste. You can also add some sugar glaze.
