You can put them into yogurts, granola, cottage cheese, and smoothies. They go nicely with salads and work as a thickening agent in sauces. Chia seeds soaked in water are a binder and therefore used in eggless baking. We recommend you soak them in water for 10 minutes before using them.
The recommended daily intake is 15g of chia seeds.
