How and why does it work?

The best alternative against hair loss is definitely biotin. Collagen is an important protein found in the hair, where it ensures the elasticity of the hair, while vitamin C helps build collagen and, as a powerful antioxidant, protects the hair against free radicals that can inhibit hair growth and cause hair ageing. Hair Vitamins: The recommended daily dose is 5 g (1 scoop). Mix in a glass of water and consume as soon as the powder dissolves. With 5 g of powder, you consume 450 µg (900 % NRV) of biotin and 100 mg (125% NRV) of vitamin C.

Collagen SkinCare: The recommended daily dose is 10g. Mix in water and leave for 2 minutes until the collagen dissolves completely. With 10g of powder, you consume 5g of Naticol collagen peptides.
