USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
When consuming the package, we recommend:
For the first 15 days, take 10 g (2 scoops) of OK!Stress in a glass of water in the morning and drink.
For the next 15 days, 30 minutes before going to bed, put 5 g (1 scoop) of OK!Insomnia in a glass of water.
